The University is committed to investigating and adjudicating Title IX Sexual Harassment or University Sexual Misconduct matters in a manner that is fair and equitable to all parties involved, including that such investigations and adjudications are free of actual or reasonably perceived conflicts of interest or bias. All individuals who have responsibilities in administering the investigation/adjudication process are required to identify any real or perceived conflicts of interest and recuse themselves as necessary. Further, University policy requires parties to raise concerns regarding conflicts of interest with the University Sexual Misconduct/Title IX Coordinator. For more information, see Title IX Sexual Harassment section X(1) or University Sexual Misconduct section IX(1).
